Vivian was born to Atalla and Bertha Abraham on September 5, 1925, and remained in her family home in New Richland for 98 years. During high school, Vivian was a cheerleader and honor student, graduating from New Richland Schools in 1944. For work, she helped her father candle eggs and supported her family’s business at Abraham’s Family Store until her retirement in 1988. Abrahams was a retail grocery store servicing New Richland for 64 years.
She was a fan of cats and collecting plates, figurines, and other cat-themed items. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening and loved flowers, especially her blooming Amaryllis. And as a New Richland native, she always looked forward to Farm and City Days.
