Randy John Werner

Randy John Werner, age 66, passed away July 24, 2026. A memorial will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, August 4 at Friedriech’s Funeral Home in New Richland. A visitation will be held one hour prior to service.

Randy Werner was born February 1, 1960 to Herbert and Lavon (Rudenick) Werrner in Redwood Falls, Minnesota. He attended school at Wabasso Public School and Rosemount High School. He graduated in 1979 and lived with his brother Warren and his family in Apple Valley, MN. He greatly enjoyed the great outdoors, especially fishing and hunting with family and friends He had a green thumb and enjoyed gardening. In his free time, he enjoyed woodworking, camping, quiet times by a camp fire, disc golf and going up north to cut trees. He enjoyed all the work that went with cutting trees and had a few wood-splitting parties with his friends. He especially loved getting together and spending time with family.

Randy is survived by his daughters, Jessica (Anders) Frederickson, Halie (Steven) Terfehr; grandchildren Adam, Naomi, Willow, Elijah; brothers, Delbert Werner, Warren (Karen) Werner; sister, Judy Werner; niece Tracy Werner; nephews, Nathan (Stephanie) Werner, Brian Werner; many grand and great grand nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Lonnie; uncle, Darold Rudenick; sister-in-law Nancy Werner.
