Malena Maria Barrientos

Malena Barrientos, age 49, from Albert Lea, Minnesota passed away June 5th, 2025.

Malena is survived by her fiancé Joab Voss; her children Doss (Bethany), Alena (Brandon), Brock, Gabriel, and Isabelle; her parents Manuel (Jean), and Bonnie; her siblings Danny (Donna), James, Larry, Manuel III, Anthony (Diane), Lance, Keith (Christina), Juan Jr. (Elena), and Kimberly; and her seven grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Malena is preceded in death by her Step-Father Jim; her sister-in-law Christine, and her brothers-in-law Joseph, and Dominic.

Malena will be remembered as the wonderful daughter, mother, fiancé, sister, and niece that she was. She was a loving owner of 2 dogs and 6 cats, who will all miss her dearly.

Malena’s family will be hosting a Celebration of Life at the Albert Lea Fraternity of Eagles, 205 West Williams Street, on Saturday, July 12th from 3PM to 6PM.
