Darcy Ann Campbell

Darcy Ann Campbell, age 64, passed away peacefully in her sleep July 25, 2026. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, August 7 at Bonnerup Funeral Home. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Darcy was born on April 12, 1962 in Mason City, Iowa to Gary and Patricia (Woodhouse) Campbell. She grew up and received her schooling in Albert Lea and graduated from Albert Lea High School in 1980. After high school, she married (later divorced) and had two children— Logan and Hannah. She worked for WalMart as a department manager for over 30 years. After her retirement she continued to live in Albert Lea until the time of her death. In her free time Darcy enjoyed listening to music, cooking and hosting friends and family, redecorating her house, and growing flowers. Above all, Darcy loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed spending one-on-one time with her children— including shopping, going out to dinner, or to a movie. She had always longed to be a grandma, and in March she was present for the birth of her grandson, Jordy, whom was extremely special to her.

 Darcy is survived by her mother Patricia Campbell (Woodhouse), her children Logan and Hannah Goodemann, her Grandson Jordy Goodemann, her siblings Jeff Campbell and Jody Seeger (Campbell), her Granddog Onyx, lifelong friends Brenda and Julie, and many more beloved friends & family members. 

She is preceded in death by her father Gary Campbell, maternal grandparents James and Maxine Woodhouse, paternal grandparents Melvin and Alma Campbell, and uncle Paul “Skeeter” Woodhouse. Blessed be her memory.
