Anna Jones

Anna Nora Jones was 96 years old and born on October 21, 1924. She was the daughter of Frank and Nora Yerhot. She passed away peacefully on Monday, May 31, 2021, at St. John's nursing home in Albert Lea. She married Charles O. Jones; together they had 4 children. Anna was a homemaker.

Anna is survived by her children: Donald (Irene) Jones, Cheryl (Dave) Drenth, and  Deborah (Tom) Throlson; grandchildren: Lisa (Tim) Murphy, Jade Drenth, Anna (Roger) Mittelstadt, Gina Love (Matt Sackville-West), D.J. (Laura) Jones, Krista (Alex) Larson, Shane (Kellie) Drenth, Jaime (Brian) Schroeder, Jessica (Roy) Waters; great-grandchildren, Angela (Tim), Alec (Mary), and Jase (Bre) Harmond; Mindy, Jaylee, Isaiah, and Ranger Lynsey; Evan, Ayden, Charlie, Devin, Kaitlyn, and Cassidy; great-great grandchildren: Jazzmine and Tim; sibling, Florence Wyant; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles; daughter, Suzanne Larson; brother, Glen Yerhot; and sisters: Mary Fette, Marcelle Penia, Evelyn Yerhot, Geraldine Combs, Barbara Reese, and Delores Oulman.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Bonnerup Funeral Service with Pastor Don Malinsky officiating.  Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
